In line with the best Corporate Governance and risk mitigation practices, Cyrela has several committees, composed of management executives and other professionals, who meet on a regular basis to make decisions related to their activities, for the best interests of the Company, in line with its strategies and conducting works according to the highest ethical standards.


Operating Committee

Goal: To make decisions concerning the Company’s strategic planning, supervise and approve its execution.

Engineering Committee

Goal: To analyze and supervise the construction works’ execution schedules. Also in charge of supervising and preparing executive projects; planning and budgeting of construction works, and supervising their cost evolution; planning purchases and hiring employees in line with the schedule; and ensuring the building procedures comply with the ISO 9000 requirements.

Development, Marketing, and Product Development Committee

Goal: To analyze and decide on the development of products or projects.

Financial Committee

Goal: To analyze and supervise the developments’ cash flow, decide on applying for financings, and set the financing policy for customers.

Credit and Collection Committee

Goal: To analyze the performance of the receivables portfolio, and take action with regard to credit granting policies; resale of property in case of customer default; establishment of the policy for referral of customers to banks for funding. It also provides information to the sales department for the preparation of price lists, payment and financing conditions for bank funding; and for the development of the renegotiation policy.

Goal:
To analyze prospected and previously analyzed lots, with the respective studies on mass, research and feasibility.

Committee B


Goal: To make final decisions after visiting the lots and getting the results from the preliminary analyses.  All decisions on the acquisition of lots are analyzed by this committee.
