Cyrela has operations in all stages of the real estate business, both in an independent manner or via partnerships, but it always holds the control of the project through a vertically-integrated model that comprises development, construction, sales and services. Its model is driven by a sales strategy based on three pillars: research, training and quality control.
With 50 years of experience, Cyrela focuses on luxury residential and office buildings in different regions in Brazil. It operates independently or through partnerships.
Living’s operations are targeted at residential buildings in the economic and super economic segments in the
whole country.
Cyrela is known for its excellence in building. This is the result of its concern with quality control, which complies with strict requirements and is constantly supervised. This is enabled by constant investments in the development of building techniques and in employee training. Social responsibility projects, such as “Developing People” (“Construindo Pessoas”) and “Developing Professionals” (“Construindo Profissionais”), and the waste management program also add to that, for employees are more qualified, more committed and engaged to the Company’s mission. Moreover, in its history the Company has developed relationships of reliability with several suppliers, which ensures lower costs, deadlines and high quality.
As it uses standardized building techniques, and given the large volume of building projects in which it participates, Cyrela is able to achieve important economies of scale in buying materials and outsourcing services.
Cyrela operates in the economic and super economic segments through Living, created in 2006. Living Construtora has developed alternate construction methods in the form of an assembling line, aimed at cutting construction work costs and enhancing construction techniques. To this end, Living counts on qualified employees in its whole structure, from the stage of construction to the delivery of the units.
Formed by experienced and well-trained professionals, Seller and Selling are the in-house sales teams of Cyrela and Living, respectively. In-house teams are present in all of the Company’s activities. They were created to speed up and improve the sales process, for they deeply know the products. Their contact with the end customer also brings to the Company important information on the customers’ wishes, which contributes to the excellence in project development. This team is also in charge of the online sales channel. The sales force is supported by a marketing team, which develops campaigns for the products in different media.
In line with its integrated management model, Cyrela offers its customers supplementary services that add value from the beginning of the construction works to the delivery of the unit.
Preference Cyrela is a service for clients to customize their units using pre-determined options for changes in the ground plan or in the unit’s finishing. More than a relationship channel, it offers the sophistication of a team that is qualified to meet the unique preferences of each buyer and follow with him/her the development of the construction works to the delivery of the keys.
Facilities is a brand owned by BRC, a company of the Cyrela Group, and offers a series of amenities to customers through specialized service providers. In addition to ensuring the nature of the project, by keeping and valuing it, it has an online website portal with all information on the building and pay-per-use services. It also has a specialized concierge in charge of providing for customers’ requests, such as hosting guests at a party, ordering flowers, finding a mechanic for the car, among others.
