Cyrela has created Programa de Perenização (“Program for Perennial Business”) with the aim of creating solid bases to support the Company’s growth with excellence in Corporate Governance. One of the scopes of this Program has involved the mapping and documentation of Cyrela’s Culture, something that is cultivated right from the Company’s foundation and which consolidates the values already practiced within the organization and further adds news values, since they are all fundamental to the Company’s perennial business.
In order to establish the project’s guidelines, interviews were held with executive, brokers, employees (office and construction sites), and internal documents were referred. The initiative had the direct participation of the Chairman, resulting in 16 elements comprising the following pillars: client, work, people, perennial business and shareholder/founder.
The project has been led by the Human Resources department together with an external consultant. “Grupo Cultura Cyrela” has also been set up, consisting of executives of the Company, who were responsible for consolidating the pillars and elements pertaining to Cyrela Culture. These are:
