Building Families
Women in families of Cyrela’s employees may take courses in the program Building Families. Carried out in partnership with the National Service of Industrial Education (SENAI), two courses will be offered: “Seamstress working on straight and overlock machine” and “Baker/Confectioner”. Professions are chosen based on the lack of skilled labor in these areas.
From these initiatives, wives, sisters, daughters, nieces, all over 18, have the opportunity to grow as persons and professionals by means of a corporate social responsibility initiative. Groups have 16 students. In addition to professional courses, the Institute will form new partnerships to give courses on financial education and entrepreneurship, aimed at serving students with entrepreneur talent.
In the future, the Institute intends to diagnose which professionals are short on the market and which are the careers that draw the attention of this audience to offer other professional education opportunities.
