Establishment of Cyrela, in São Paulo (SP).
Establishment of Cyrela Construtora and Seller–its own sales team.
Brazil Realty is created: a joint venture with Argentine company IRSA.
Brazil Realty lists its stock through a Initial Public Offering (IPO).
Start of the partnership with RJZ Engenharia, in Rio de Janeiro.
Purchase of IRSA’s equity in Brazil Realty.
The company is renamed Cyrela Brazil Realty S.A., Empreendimentos e Participações (CBR).
In September, the first Initial Public Offering (IPO) of Cyrela is made, entering BM&FBOVESPA’s Novo Mercado.
Beginning of the geographic expansion through eight partnerships in seven Brazilian states.
In January, the joint venture Agra Empreendimentos is established.
In February, the joint venture MAC Empreendimentos is established.
In April, two other joint ventures are created: Plano & Plano Participações, and Goldsztein Cyrela, to work in the southern states of Rio Grande do Sul, Santa Catarina, and Paraná. RJZ Participações is also founded.
In July, Cyrela’s stock followon is made.
In December, Cyrela launches the first project of Living, the brand aimed at the economic and super economic market.
In January, the joint venture SK Realty Empreendimentos is established.
In April, Cyrela makes the first public issuance of debentures, amounting to R$ 500 million, maturing in seven years.
In July, the joint venture Cury Construtora is created.
In August, Cyrela Commercial Properties (CCP) is created from the spin-off of operations comprising corporate real estate, logistics centers, and shopping malls. CCP’s shares start to be traded on BM&FBOVESPA’s Novo Mercado on August 9.
In December, Cyrela establishes the joint venture with Líder to work in Minas Gerais and in the Federal District.
In January, Cyrela makes the second public issuance of debentures, amounting to R$ 499.5 million, maturing in ten years.
Living Construtora becomes a company with a totally independent structure, having a head office of its own, and focused on the economic and super economic segments.
In June, Cyrela incorporates Goldztein Participações.
In September, Cyrela makes the third public issuance of simple debentures, amounting to R$ 350 million, maturing in up to five years.
In October, the Company makes its third followon public offering.
In September, the Company makes the fourth issuance of simple debentures, amounting to R$ 300 million to be matured in four years.
