Strategic to invest. Perfect to work. With this concept, the project Villa Lobos Office Park was delivered In November 2010 in São Paulo. It has 743 units, distributed within 5 business towers and 90 villa offices.

Reserva Jardim, delivered in December 2010, is the first project in Cidade Jardim, which is the first planned neighborhood in Rio de Janeiro. Situated in Barra da Tijuca, with a central plaza of 12 thousand square meters of leisure, it has four blocks with a total of 646 units of 2, 3, and 4 bedrooms.

Praça Ibitirama is a project by Living Construtora delivered in December, 2010, and is distinctively situated between the neighborhoods of Mooca and Ipiranga, in the city of São Paulo. With 186 2- and 3-bedroom apartments, the two towers have neoclassic façades.
