Main launches and sales hits
Situated at the spot joining Vila Olímpia and Brooklin – upscale neighborhoods in São Paulo –, Thera Berrini was the largest launch of Cyrela in 2010, with total PSV of R$ 677.5 million. The project comprises three towers: one with corporative units, one with commercial units and one with residential units. These buildings are totally independent condominiums surrounded by a cozy landscaping. Thera Residence tower, for example, had all of its 321 units sold in five days.
Mood is a 404-apartment project with a PSV of R$ 148.8 million. Situated in the neighborhood of Consolação, in São Paulo, Mood has 1 and 2-bedroom apartments distributed along an open plan, providing a better integration between common use areas (distinctive leisure, outdoor cinema, hammock area, Zen space and other traits). It also reflects the cosmopolitan climate of one of the most vibrant regions of the metropolis. 85% of all units were sold on the launching day.
Cyrela has also launched Camino, the Company’s first project in the traditional neighborhood of Belém, in São Paulo. This is a major residential project in a privileged location gathering the traditions of Mooca, the near downtown conveniences, and the high activity of Tatuapé. The project will be surrounded by abundant green and peace in a region which is turning back into a residential area. The total PSV of the project is R$ 212.4 million and it was a sales hit. One of the three towers, Camino Lírio, had 88% of 199 apartments sold right on the launching day.
Wave is the first project by Cyrela in Santos, south coast of São Paulo, and was completely sold out in about two months. Those are 212 office spaces, with PSV of >R$ 71.6 million, gathering the benefits of location, well-being, and services. The project is located in a historic neighborhood, which goes through a complete renewal, with exploitation of the pre-salt layer and going towards a future full of opportunities.
In a region of intense real estate activity in Rio de Janeiro, RJZ Cyrela launched the first stage of NovAmérica Offices, at Barra da Tijuca, with a PSV of R$ 127.7 million. With an international construction standard, NovAmérica Offices is a modern multiuse business center, integrated to a shopping mall of the same name. The customizable rooms and the high-standard auditorium are important distinctive factors that are added to this full convenience center concept, with fitness facilities, external lounge with SPA and swimming pools.
Mandara Lanai is a Cyrela project launched in Fortaleza with a PSV of R$186.5 million, and features seaside exclusivity with over 60 leisure items, situated in one of the noblest areas of Ceará’s coast. From the 312 units, 299 were sold in the first six months after the launch.
