Dividends – Sets forth the payment of dividends and/or interest over own capital of around 25% of its adjusted net income according to the Law of Corporations and the Bylaws. Amounts to be paid are defined by the Annual Shareholders Meeting.
Disclosure Policy – Managers, employees and service providers with access to privileged information as a result of their positions are bound to the Policy on Disclosure of Relevant Act or Fact of Cyrela, and keep the confidentiality about relevant information which has not been disclosed to the public yet.
Privacy Policy – Establishes how Cyrela collects and handles individual information. With this policy, the Company takes the commitment towards safety and privacy of information collected by users of interactive services.
