Aerial view of the lots of Cyrela Landscape Uberaba (MG). Those are 382 lots in the first stage of the launch, with areas starting at 400 m2. The landscaping gathered concepts of nature conservancy, leisure and security, and the tradition of living well and with space, tranquility, and comfort.

Urban developments (lots)

In 2010, the Company launched the lots of Nova Carmella, in Guarulhos (SP), with PSV of R$ 64.4 million, and Cyrela’s share was 15%. In 2010, pre-sales reached R$ 67 million.

The Company bought three land portions for lots of middle and high-end standard (MAP), with potential PSV of R$ 236.2 million in the last quarter of 2010, situated in Minas Gerais and Rio de Janeiro, with an area of 917.8 thousand m2. Lands were totally acquired through swaps, where Cyrela’s share was of 63%.

The lots bank amounts to R$ 1.5 billion in PSV, and 5.4 million m2 for the development of middle and high-end standard in cities in the state of São Paulo, Rio Grande do Sul, Minas Gerais, and Rio de Janeiro. From the acquisition value of these lands, 98.5% will be paid by swaps, Cyrela having a share of 58.3% in it.
