Sales

Total pre-sales were increased by 17.8% in the consolidated amount in comparison to the previous year. The 23,549 units sold amounted to R$ 6.2 billion. Cyrela’s share in pre-sales was of R$ 4.8 billion, or 77.4% of share.

All units available for sale, including the ones launched in the year (inventory at market value) amounted to R$ 4.8 billion (100%) and R$ 3.9 billion (Cyrela’s stake) by the end of 2010. From the total held, 12.9% are finished units, most of them high-end products, of which the concentration of sales generally occurs when the projects is close to being concluded.

Sales teams of Cyrela and Living (Seller and Selling, respectively) were responsible for R$ 2.7 billion, 49.6% of total pre-sales in 2010. The internal sales force works in ten Brazilian states: São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, Espírito Santo, Rio Grande do Sul, Paraná, Bahia, Pernambuco, Rio Grande do Norte, Maranhão, and Pará.
