Cyrela’s brokers receive customized training

The sales strategy adopted by Cyrela has been increasingly improving its efficiency. The Company invests in training of internal and outsourced teams in order to always get the good results recorded along the last years. By the end of 2010, the internal sales force had 1,425 professionals, divided between Seller (Cyrela), with 885 brokers, and Selling (Living) with the other 540 brokers.
Just before the launch of any new project, Cyrela carries out an extensive work for customer attraction. This is a strategic and essential procedure to strengthen good results.
Cyrela also has other sales channels, and internet is among the most important. The Company makes significant investments in digital media. In 2010, from the total sales, 30% were supported by the web environment, considering that the first contact is made online. The Company’s goal is training all brokers in São Paulo, up to 2012, to provide services to clients over the Internet. This is a procedure already done by around one third of the 240 professionals working in the city of São Paulo.
Cyrela & Cia is responsible for the partnership with around 2 thousand real estate agencies, which help in the sales of units available 180 days after the launching date. To serve the popular segment, Living Construtora counts on stores in large circulation spots.
