Delivered units

The major projects delivered by Cyrela in 2010 were Villa Lobos Office Park, in São Paulo, Reserva Jardim, in Rio de Janeiro, and Praça Ibitirama, a project by Living Construtora, in São Paulo (read more on “Highlights of the Year”). Other successful projects were delivered in the cities of São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, and Salvador.

The second stage of Central Park Mooca was delivered in December, 2010. Overall, these are nine towers and plans ranging from 115m² to 157m². Situated next to São Paulo downtown, it has a great private central park implanted in natural soil, offering several activities. It is an project designed to recover the city’s quality of life through urban change and comfort to inhabitants, having also an area for convenience shopping. The feel of freedom and closeness to nature are a part of Essência Alphaville (SP), with its well planned urban development. It is an innovative residential occupation model, with 207 to 212 private square meters.

In a land of 38 thousand m², Saint Barth (RJ) creates a new standard for the concept of club-condominium, which is reflected on options of leisure and convenience. In March 2010, 210 units were delivered. The 125 units of Le Palais were delivered in December 201. In the historic neighborhood of Botafogo, in a land of over 36,000 m², which had a building declared historic site and another restored by the Historic Heritage, Le Palais gathers sophistication, elegance, and comfort in the south area of Rio de Janeiro.

In Salvador, three projects deserve highlight. Vita Praia, with 264 units, is a club-condominium situated a few meters from the beach of Boca do Rio, with three towers and further 30 leisure items (Gourmet banqueting room, parking lot for visitors, children’s swimming pool with toboggan, sauna with resting area, among others).

Situated in an upscale neighborhood, Provence Horto is the first product launched by Cyrela Andrade Mendonça in the city of Salvador. It is an upscale condominium of 100 units with two towers, one with three-bedroom apartments and another with four-bedroom apartments.

Overall, Cyrela and Living delivered 15.4 thousand units from 71 projects in 2010. Figures amount to R$ 4.1 billion in PSV on the date of their respective launches. In the economic and super economic segments, the deliveries amounted to 7.1 thousand units, representing R$ 945.6 million in PSV. From units delivered, 95% were already marketed, according to the strategy of having the highest sales volume possible up to the delivery date. By the end of 2010, the Company kept 205 construction in progress, being 90 construction sites from Living projects, and 115 from Cyrela’s projects.
