Working on residential and retail segments of a special level in Cyrela projects, BRC offers consultancy in services, project management, and neighborhood management.
Facilities makes available basic services already included in the condominium fee, and a range of pay-per-use services where the user pays only for what he orders. These services may be ordered on the project’s website or directly to the concierge. All services ordered are monitored by cutting-edge technology and are provided by suppliers strictly tested and homologated by the Company’s management model. All demands met can be evaluated by the users regarding quality and punctuality, which allows to always improve the quality of services.
Classic Home is a model of professional management of the customer’s assets. BRC’s management secures intelligence, and its processes and performance standards are operated and complied with by specialized companies contracted from the highest level of services.
